Our Signature Facial starts with a complimentary consultation during which a custom treatment plan is created based on the client’s current skin condition. During the consultation, the esthetician will perform a visual skin analysis, discuss the client's current skincare regimen, and go over future skincare goals. Included with this treatment: - Deep cleansing - Gentle or mild exfoliation (chemical, enzyme, or ultrasound), - Extractions - LED light therapy with a peptide gel mask - Moisturization
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation/No-Show Policy: We highly value your time and that of our dedicated staff. Therefore, we have implemented a 24-hour Cancellation/No-Show policy. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the following charges: - A $50 deposit is required for all online bookings. Appointment deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards your treatment cost. They are also 100% transferable to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24-hours notice. -Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to $50 of your scheduled service. - Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Please note that these charges are crucial to ensure the continuation of our top-notch services and accommodate other clients on our waiting list.
