Booking Policy

Please arrive 10 min early to ensure that the appointment runs for the full duration of its scheduled time.

If you are running late, we reserve the right to adjust or shorten the length of the appointment time to ensure that it does not interfere with the next appointment if necessary.

If you are running more than 20 min late to the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge the full price of the scheduled treatment.

We respectfully reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment and we kindly ask you to do it 24 hours before your visit. If you make changes in less than 24 hours, the deposit will be non-refundable and will not be applied to the service price. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment here.
